How can I get the most out of a beer tasting at home?
Chill the beers to the right temperature (lighter beers colder, strong and dark beers a bit warmer), use a clean glass and taste from light to heavy: pilsner and blond first, stouts and barley wines last. Take a sip of water in between and write down what you taste.
